A one-stop Vermont gift shop with something for just about anyone. Local food items such as maple syrup and candies, cheeses and fudge are well-represented. The views from their observation deck are panoramic and stellar.
Neat place with interesting stuff. They had a nice selection of cheeses and some very delicious maple Brandy from a local distillery..also lots of fun knick knacks. The entrance to the natural history museum is in here. I wouldn't say it's a must see but it's fun if you have time to kill and want to see some some bad taxidermy. They also have a few live birds that were injured and can't be released to the wild.
Good place to find a souvenir as well as good maple syrup. We went to Vermont to check out the fall colors. But it was after the peek, yet the view of the mountains from the gift shop is breath taking.
Everyone must stop here to take in the unique view! Nice store as well.
I love Hogback Mountain Store. The fudge, the unique gifts, the view. I have been going here for years and always take out of town guests so they can experience the breathtaking view and delicious treats.
